Rose titanium replaces blue for iPhone 16 Pro

Ming-Chi Kuo, who is an analyst at TF Securities made his predictions on the colors that are going to be used by Apple in making iPhone 16 series, which will be out in the coming fall of 2024. In his post to X, Ming-Chi Kuo predicted the colors that Apple will adopt for the upcoming iPhone 16 series including the iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max.

He believes that the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus should retain the same color options as the current iPhone 15 lineup, with one exception. The colors black, green, pink, and blue should be alike the older ones.

Kuo believes the current pale yellow color in the current options will be replaced with what he calls “white.” This could well be the color Apple tends to refer to as “Starlight,” a whiteish-gold shade.

The feasible scenario might be that Apple maintains the present colors provision of Natural Titanium, Black Titanium and White Titanium to iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max models, which is the same to their predecessors iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max. Nonetheless, the current colour Blue Titanium could cease to exist.

Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo foretells that the upcoming iPhone 16 Pro will have a new color option which is named Rose Titanium instead of Blue Titanium. Despite the above, Kuo’s reaction is that some colors may still be maintained under similar shades but end up having different names.

The iPhone 16 could keep the traditional 6.1” screen size while the Plus will still have a 6.7-inch screen size. However, the iPhone 16 Pro might increase in size to 6.3 inches; and the Pro Max would be 6.9 inches long.

Apple will reveal the iPhone 16 lineup during an event in September.
