New Code Hints at Custom Route Creation
While details are scarce, a file named “CustomRouteCreation” was found within the Apple Maps back-end. This suggests that users might soon be able to plan trips with their preferred roads, potentially for scenic drives or familiarity with the route.
Currently, Apple Maps limits users to choosing from pre-selected options, with the ability to add stops afterwards.
